The site's forms (contact, visitor registration, stand booking, brochure request, newsletter) collect the information you enter: identity, contact details (email, phone), job title, company and the content of your message. No personal data is collected without your knowledge while simply browsing the site.

Purposes and recipients

This data is used solely to handle your request: organising your visit, processing your stand or brochure request, sending the newsletter and replying to your messages. It is sent to the organising team by email (via the provider Resend) and recorded in the organiser's internal management tool. It is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Cookies and analytics

Site analytics rely on Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly solution that sets no cookies and collects no identifiable personal data. The only cookie used by the site is a technical cookie reserved for the internal admin area; no consent banner is therefore required.
